As the Founder and President of Factor Finders, LLC and PRN Funding, Phil Cohen has over 20 years of experience in the factoring industry.
He has also been a contributing member of the IFA (International Factoring Association) since 2004, and served on the advisory board from 2009-2011.
Phil is also a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the American Factoring Association.
He received his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and his BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
